Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
- Pet products that have been used or opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at service@rosavivaco.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
- Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damaged product).
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@rosavivaco.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Final Sale Items:
Some items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

- Returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
